I think the universe needs to keep better track of how and to whom it deals out death and grief. Sending love to your dad for that double-whammy. And thanks for the menopause resource; a colleague and I were talking about how our perimenopausal brains are hard to tame.

I am glad your Dad had someine so wonderful to lead him threw his forest if grief. I am sorry he is gone. Sending your Dad love.

*Dogs are so very wonderful (as you know) and so much bloody work in the beginning but alas, worth it always.

* Menopause is so damn hot. 🥵 I always have two fans going in my bedroom when I’m sleeping. Overhead ceiling fan and bedside table fan. Musts.
