I’ve been sick lately (chronic, auto immune) and this time, instead of being upset with my body, I’m talking to it and treating it lovingly. Like; “it’s okay, we’ll get through this. This is just the shitty time. We have good, healthy times ahead”. Might sound silly but it has helped me. ❤️
