i did search google for information about foreheads when i couldn’t sleep because i was thinking we have these foreheads for our brains i suppose the frontal lobes are bigger now and like we evolved maybe i was thinking why do we have them and then the search result said that we have them to make facial emotions maybe they do all that and keep the hair from our faces and they are for empathy and communication too like they are important evolutionary history thoughts in the middle of the night man i could not sleep and after that i made a list of all of my life mistakes and what bad things could happen and i thought about my worst case scenarios oh the comfort of them and when i have insomnia i try and do those body scans they do in some fancy mediation or yoga classes like start with your toes and move up to your feet and then your ankles and your calves and then while the instructor is going on and on i start to wonder how they will refer to the ass like sometimes they say relax your haunches hips buttocks i always laugh and it never works
